For the mold, last year, we manufactured about 100 sets molds for different types and shapes. And our customers are from South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, France, Brazil, Argentina, Thailand and India …

With the thin wall container mold steel, we use steel S136 made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-48.The regular mold cavity number is 1-cavity, 2-cavity,4-cavity,6-cavity and 8-cavity. We always make 1-cavity, 2-cavity and 4-cavity.

In order to find and solve potential problem for the mould tooling and mass production, SINO takes the moldflow analysis for designing the optimal air venting system, injection and cooling system.  And our high precision tooling and inspection equipments can avoid the eccentricity problem for thin wall container product.

According to this product’s characteristic, we use hybrid hi-speed injection molding machine to realize high pressure, high speed and high efficiently. Normally, we use the machine model of DKM 200H/HH, DKM300H/ HH, DKM400H/HH.

While the necessary auxiliaries are chiller, air compressor, auto loader, dryer or photoelectric hoper, crusher, color mixer and picking robot.

In addition, for thin wall turnkey lines, we would run molds and machines with simulation production process at our site to check whole running and can send our engineers at your factory to assist molds and machine installations. At same time, we can offer staff training in customer factory and equipment maintenance and repair service after delivery. All life service in basic cost charge.
