Plastic kiddies chair & table molds supplier

SINO Mould is a family company that fosters learning and development through creative play in plastic kiddies chair & table molds maker. With the depth understanding of the requirements for child's chair & table, we will pay more attention to good parting lines, surface without burr and flash and strong structure for baby safety. So we use P20, 718H and H13 for mold cavity and core.  And for tooling technical, we will use CNC milling and high speed milling machine, then fitting process which ensure good surface and high precision.  Before mold design, we use Mold flow analysis to check the good injection location, decrease the future mold problem and maintenance cost.
