During the mold industry development, we pursuit better product quality and fast cycle time. We are looking for solutions to sink, weld line or discoloration problems always happed during mass production. While, the RHCM can solve above mentioned issues which need rapid heat cycle time molding and mold temperature control, in union with properly designed mold and suitable injection equipments. The improved RHCM ensure a better surface finish without visible weld or flow lines, a thinner wall and better possibilities for multi-gating.

At present, this RHCM technology is widely applied at industry of home appliance, automotive parts, communication goods, commodity products, and medical equipments and so on.
