Above is our latest Pepsi crate molds which directly support for Pepsi Company. This mold steel is 718H, H13 and BeCu. For the hot runner system, it’s Anole hot runner with 6 tips point gate. Mould ejection system is mechanical ejection which pushes the ejector plate and demoulding the product from the mould core. And the sliders are pulled out by the ejector plate with the drag hooks. While the vegetable crate molds is demould directly by the ejector plate. At the bottle crate bottom parts which structure is complex and we make good cooling system and add BeCu to make sure good cooling efficient.
