Our high performance injection molding machine is designed to realize high speed molding , like thin wall box molding line, hi-precision injection molding line ect. 

Compared with standard injection machines, our 5H hybrid injection machine has the function of 3 axis linkage to realize material charging, mould opening and ejection at the same time. It realize stable running within 3.6 second for 4-cavity cheese box. So it’s widely applied for production cream box, yogurt box, disposable food container ect.

In order to ensure long time and high speed running, we make professional design for different parts. Such as strong machine’s platen and toggle & T slot on clamping base, add accumulator to stronger fast injection & water meter selective, choose all international famous brand components and KEBA control system and euromap and so on. Meanwhile, our machines are meeting European safety standard and getting CE certificate.
