For In Mold Labeling system, there are two choices. One is IML system with robot picking up , this is standard device for almost IML project on bucket, food container and so on. It has advantage on cycle time saving and realize automatically production line with free labor cost. But the first investment will be expensive.  So there is the other economy way – IML system with product auto dropping by mold structure. This solution saving robot picking up to make IML system structure be simple. On the other hand, the whole production line cycle time will be long, and there must has labor to watch whole line running.
